I have been working at Nuance full-time (more than 3 years)

Good location. Nice office. Benefits are pretty decent.

Management doesn't seem to be building long term value in the company. Everything is very short sited. They buy a company squeeze as much revenue out of it and slowly kill it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on building long term value

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
