    Pros

    Solid company. Great and smart employees. Exciting technology.

    Cons

    Many poor managers, often very little career opportunities, senior management in a different world (poor communication and they reap all of the financial rewards)

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to your best performers. Remove barrier between management and your employees. Communicate more than less.
