    I have been working at Numotion

    Pros

    My coworkers are hard working and amazing people. The benefits are much better than other companies I have worked for. There is a new ceo, I am hoping he can make changes for the future regarding the leadership. He seemed very sincere when he came to visit. He has a lot of hard work ahead of him. They do give you time off as family first. They do give employee appreciation motivations. Such as payday donuts, snow cone day, bbq day, gift cards. If you exceed the goals, you get to wear blue jeans.

    Cons

    Some management, not all, needs leadership training. Micromanagement for billers whom have the knowledge is not necessary, and defeating the goal. Training was lacking from the start on their systems, and simple employee policies. Quantity not quality appears to be what is the drive. Training on verbal abuse / racial discrimination needs to be addressed. Pointing out the issues, will get employee in the dog house. " reworks" is a concern. So many concerns, but fear of consequences. Pass the trash attitude of accounts is crazy. We are one company and need to work together to get the claims processed, and correctly. I have heard there is bonuses, must be for supervisors.. I have brought in a lot of collected dollars and haven't seen one yet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1.Quality, meaning collected dollars , is what is important. Not statusing min. of 25 accounts a day. Your blind as some of your employees are just giving you quantity not quality. Others only believe in quality. 2.Customers come first . 3.Your employees need to be treated with respect. They should not be talked down to. 4. Your turn over is increasing, determine why. Long term employees are leaving and new employees are unhappy. 5. Examine the supervisors on the floor, some ( not all) are busy socializing, and on the phone with personal calls , and on their cell phone, instead of working and solving issues. It is distracting for those of us whom work. Come out of your office quietly, and see what they are doing... Time for change.
