    Pros

    Benefit packages are good and competitive.

    Cons

    Bonuses are small or non existent pay is some of the lowest in the industry. Constant stress all the time and everyone walks on egg shells. Too many layers of middle management that don't do anything all day and aren't held accountable for it. Too many micromanagers who try to control your every move at work and when your not at work. Not a place I would recommend if you want to be acknowledged for your hard work and dedication.

    When complaints are made to HR, they should be investigated and person/persons should be held accountable for issues.
