    I have been working at Oakwood Worldwide full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    -Decent starting pay, solid medical coverage, phone, and mileage compensation .
    -Easy work that is not very demanding.
    - Fairly relaxed atmosphere compared to other corporate jobs.
    - High level of Autonomy
    -Great place to work if you want an easy, and consistent corporate job

    Cons

    -Company lacks innovation. Still using Windows 2007 computers, innovation is not being searched for by employees or management. Outdated office and work environment. Incredibly boring at the office.
    -Management is lazy, pretty much tell you to do things then chastize you for doing things "the wrong way" when you were never trained on how to do things "The right way."
    - Raises and promotions seem to not happen, people here are here to collect a paycheck and don't actually care about driving this company forward.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Look update computer softwares, web designs, sales tactics, personnel to get more business ( Pre-existing clients become a fall back plan instead of looking for new clients)
    - Train people to do things the right way instead of "Trial and Error"
