    Compensation and Benefits. Weekend shift when micro-managing employees less of a problem.


    Leadership based on good ol' boy mentality essentially void of honesty and integrity. Didn't happen overnight ; Used to be a great company that one could be proud to work for. Training has always been inadequate but talented and success driven individuals could manage to improve and seek promotions, fair and square. Now it's whomever isn't too moral to sell their soul and drink the kool-aid. Brown Nosers encouraged to Apply!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Engaged and motivated employees recognize early on that your commitment to safety and quality is lip service that rarely and realistically gets effectively demonstrated at the level you drone on and on about. The Culture used to be inspiring and work attainable but doing more with less employees on the production floor yet adding unnecessary personnel to the administrative side sends a disturbing message to the actual workforce who can barely keep up with unreasonable expectations and clueless supervision. Trim the excess management fat and restructure labor by adding back instead of taking away. Lean Manufacturing does not mean Anorexic Manufacturing. The Burn and Churn mentality which has led to unprecedented turnover only establishes a learning curve that never trends in the right direction....Ever. You are doing the Grower/Owners a huge disservice and running the Henderson facility into the ground. Shame on Corporate for letting You fool them into believing it's a bad attitude issue when Management is responsible for propagating and nursing the systemic poor morale issue that has grown into a monster in the past 6 years. When Paul DaRosa left Henderson to work at Corporate things have never been the same.
