I worked at Odesus full-time (Less than a year)

They will offer a higher salary with commission and they have some good clients they work with.

They literally throw you to the wolves--MICRO-MANAGE, not professional at all, back office has no personality, everyone does what the owner wants done, they don't allow the recruiters to run their own desk. Company is run on emotions!! No sense of teamwork or collaboration between recruiters. Nazi Camp. No one is free to speak their minds-- and they expect you to read theirs.

    Advice to Management

You can not run your company based on emotions, be professional and flexible. Don't work your recruiters to the ground ---give them flexibility --threatening to let them go does not work. 12hr + days is a burnout and don't expect everyone to work those crazy hours. You get more production out of happy employees. You have great accounts but your Account Managers are psycho! There is a reason for HIGH TURNOVER of recruiters. Hire a Recruiting Manager and allow great talent to run the show.
