I have been working at Office Depot part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Clean organized store
    Friendly employees
    Decent pay

    Cons

Management are unfair and will deviate you from the truth
Unfair Advancement in the company. (Would rather hire new employees rather than promote existing employed)
The store is controlled by corporate. Management does not make any decisions to improve the work cond.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Usually a trained and experienced employee is 10x better than hiring and new employee for full time and management positions. You guys better get your priorities straight or you will end up like Wal-Mart.
