I worked at Office Depot full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Customer interations can be fun and rewarding
    Hours were always consistant
new products are always fun to try out.

    Cons

the company was consistantly taking all perks away.
there was always low moral in every store i worked.
workload was increased and pay decreased every year.
promotions from within rarely happened, so it was very hard to advance in the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire associates from within the company first. they deserve it more.
if corperate takes something from the associates, try to ease the pain by giving something back to them.
