Working from home a plus. Competent customer service support helps retain customers. Hard working warehouse associates and drivers make a positive difference.Cons
Management is dishonest (how disappointing...), and truly doesn't care for their associates.
The pay plan is used to manage income, and is a disincentive.
Sales Management (local and national) is arrogant and devoid of sales ability.
There is an air of negativity that lingers over the associates. This is a depressing place to work.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Stop being afraid to pay your associates. When you stopped paying you started losing business. Listen to your seasoned sales associates and stop hiring money grubbing consultants that have done nothing but screw things up.Doesn't RecommendDisapproves of CEO
