    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Ogilvy CommonHealth full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Creative direction exciting, ECD committed to quality not quantity, some truly talented individuals--both account and creative

    Cons

When they're done with you, they're done--you're out the door--doesn't matter how loyal you were or how long you've worked there or how great your work was
HR has many faces--see above comment
Once merger occurred, agency took on ever increasing corporate feel--not always for the better

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be more transparent with your employees
