    Pros

You have a very powerful name on your resume once you work for an Ogilvy company.

    Cons

The company appears to be big Ogilvy but in actuality it's a very small agency under the umbrella of a big name. There are not enough resources to properly run an account both from a creative standpoint and also an account standpoint. It's very sad that workers are over-worked and not rewarded or recognized for it. Performance reviews are either not done at all or take forever to do. Raises and promotions are as rare as finding a needle in a haystack.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Properly staff your accounts. In the long run you'll benefit more this way financially by offering your client well thought out work. The work suffers and employees get burnt out when you get cheap and don't want to properly staff your account. It will inevitably make your clients unhappy and force them to look elsewhere to an agency who will do it better. Your strategy of saving money in the short run will ultimately be the same reason you lose money in the long run.
