    I have been working at Ogilvy Public Relations full-time for more than 3 years


    so many good people are leaving, and that is causing even the most moronic of the leaders to realize how bad they have steered this ship. some of the salaries for senior people are competitive.


    no mentoring, no raises, backstabbing culture, extremely poor leadership starting at the top, suck up culture -- not merit-based, good people leaving in droves, poor client service is the inevitable result. salaries tend to be well below the industry average for junior and mid-level employees

    leaders are awful and wont take advice. only hope is for parent WPP to wake up and remove the top leaders in the U.S.
