I have been working at Ogilvy Public Relations full-time (more than 3 years)

I've racked my brain and can't think of many pros, other than thanks to the U.S. Constitution slavery has been outlawed so that you don't have to work here. Though working here certainly feels like a punishment and penance for a terrible wrong I must have done in a former life.

Bad managers. Bad leadership. Bad managers. Bad leadership. Did I mention the bad managers and bad leadership? A vicious culture that services clients poorly. Overpriced PR. Employees are treated like dirt. Salaries are low, people are leaving or getting laid off, the place is collapsing.
