    You have quite a bit of independence. There is the possibility of making pretty good money. They are pretty supportive.


    The radio business as a whole is a very difficult business right now. The current upper management does not seem to care how well the station group really does. They just want to get home at the end of the day.

    Advice to Management

    Get back to caring about your business. Invest with your time and energy to help your managers to create more synergistic ways of doing business.
