I have been working at Old Navy part-time

    Pros

I find my coworkers to be happy and upbeat people. My boss is understanding of my schedule with school and always works with me when I have projects come up.

    Cons

You work pretty much every holiday but you have to expect that going into retail.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I wish that coaches got paid for becoming coaches. What is the point of training someone for more responsibility and then not compensating them for it?
