  • Decent place to work, but had a hard time with reasonable expectations.

Former Employee - Sales Associate in College Station, TX
Former Employee - Sales Associate in College Station, TX

I worked at Old Navy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They had flexible hours and worked with my schedule. The pay was always really good and I was always receiving opportunities for extra hours.

    Cons

The company places a high priority on selling the company credit card, which is sometimes hard in a smaller market and is not always reasonable to expect so many credit card sign ups per shift.

    Advice to Management

Not everyone is motivated in the same way, make a better effort to train and teach employees in a way that suits more than one learning style.
