Current Employee - Senior Consultant in Chicago, IL

I have been working at Olenick full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Paid bench time
Variety of companies/industries to consult for

    Cons

No Work/Life Balance - minimal holidays, minimal paid time off, expensive insurance
    Below average pay
You are just a money maker when at a client, when you are on the bench there is no opportunity for growth unless it is self directed. You can be required to do anything.
Management doesn't care about you - only what they can make off of you
You feel like if you make one mistake they will just drop you. You kind of live in fear.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to listen and actually care about other people, not your profit or bonus
    More paid time off
Pay people what they are worth.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
