    Pros

The international travel and your co-workers. The people you work with are amazing. You will get to see the world right away which is better than most other airlines who will sit you on reserve forever. However, you will never know where you're going or what you're doing very far in in advance. Also, the military are the best passengers in the world. They are so greatful and easy to get a long with. On the off chance you get a flight with "normal" passengers you will not be able to wait until you get the boys with guns back!

    Cons

It interferes with your personal life. You will be gone up to twenty days a, if you get a job wit h with inflight department. Management expects alot out of thier employees, when you get little in return from them. The industry is in shambles right now, so do not expect alot of job security. Management also tends to make silly decisions based on "company needs" on whim. More often or not it doesn't work out for them. Also, I would not be totally suprised if they go out of business after the war is over, with the way they run things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop buying planes that you can't fill.
