    I worked at OmniGuide full-time (more than 3 years)


    Benefits improved in my last year of improvement to become more competitive with the med device industry standards. Promotions are not too difficult to obtain, though fair raises and compensation may be another story.


    Frequent change of goals and vision made it difficult to keep departmental objectives clear. High turnover (esp after new executive team came in). Great disparity in compensation and achievement recognition of highly-paid sales team members and corporate employees was a major motivation killer.
