Lots of turnover, flat to lower sales, CFO left and CEO "moved on"..no reimbursement, high price.

I have been working at OmniGuide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Has always been a difficult place to work, but pay plan was much more realistic until new managers made changes that killed chance to make much more beyond your low base.

    Cons

Many surgeons reluctant to use due to cost, Unrealistic quotas, low base pay, device not reimbursed, slumping sales, raising prices. Fighting unrealistic quotas and imaginary growth projections is why there is high turnover among reps.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too far gone for that, no way this company goes public, they will be lucky to sell it. Unfortunate as this company had once a promising future. Lots of money will need to be spent to correct this. Large problem is atmosphere created by sales managers, coming down from the top.
