    I have been working at Omnicare full-time (more than 10 years)


    it's a paycheck. you don't have to fight giant octopi or standing in the freezing cold buck naked and wet


    abuse workers. too much work, not enough staff that works. poor morale due to management's disrespect of employees as well as clients. the favorites of management are treated so well, it's so obvious, it's no even funny. pay not great. benefits expensive for what you get. Hours subject to change with no notice. thinking outside the box is not welcomed unless it makes the managers look good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    cut about 98% of management. hire more people to _work_, cut the people who don't work. Learn how to treat your _EMPLOYEES_. You think all of us can be used and thrown away & that's what you do. You are crippling your company by canning your best people and kissing the ass of those who don't work.
