I have been working at On Demand Group full-time (more than 3 years)

Different cultures, fun staff, exciting projects if handled well.

Unorganized Senior Management, No leadership, No communication about company's direction or vision. Aggressive and rude leadership who don't care about the company or it's employees anymore. Cheap, cost cutting steps taken to save few pounds but have impacted overall employee moral. Lots of valuable employees have either been let go or have left and not replaced but new clients are announced every day. No pay rise for years but lots more work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's your employees that make the company, treat them like human beings. A few words of encouragement and thankfulness once in a while from the leadership team would not go amiss. Some focus on employees would probably serve the company well. Better leadership and management would help the company be a leader.

    Negative Outlook
