I worked at OneIMS full-time (more than an year)

I learned how to work with speed in mind for multiple full-scale projects, and for small website additions and maintenance tasks.

Unlike another reviewer, I found scheduling to be exceptionally flexible; it was a point explicitly advertised by senior members. Many workers were accommodated for school or other absences without noticeable issue.

The talent of the workers is great. Most of the creative and technical personnel were well-versed in their crafts, and would easily and often collaborate with other departments.

There were compromises during our process for clients' out-of-scope requests many times, usually making our initial timeline unreachable, and projects' end deliverables weren't accurate reflections of workers' skill sets.

Without any advertised long-term goals or mission, the company lacked identity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold your clients accountable as you would to your own employees. Develop and promote a company identity.
