    Pros

    Workday software is great! Brian Williams, CEO, core values were a great idea.

    Cons

    Values aren't enforced for everyone. Middle management ignores values but demands employees follow. No accountability!!! FAVORITISM! No growth opportunities unless you're in right circles. Health insurance extremely high unless you're single. Promised overtime in interview but yet this was restricted to no more than 1 hour after being hired. Lack of direction, inexperienced leadership, processes are non-existent and no formal training. No support from management. Workload too excessive and hostile environment. Communication from management to employees needs to improve. No communication between departments. Customer Success tears down employees in front of customers. HR department does not engage with employees, does not setup benefits timely, nor responds to inquiries-instead they leave employees hanging. Several employees were lead to believe they had benefits since they were paying for them but when went to use, they found never setup.

    Advice to Management

    Stop hiring your fellow high school, college, and church members that do not have experience because other employees see the favoritism and have to take up slack for those who have no idea what they're doing, when they're doing it, nor care how to do it because they know they are protected by you. You need a training program and stop forcing employees to teach and train one another because when something arises, you hold no one accountable. Open door policy means door must actually be open! When an employee brings something to your attention, listen and address it instead of retaliating against employee. Get rid of HR team and hire people who actually care and have concern about employees! Praise employees vs tearing them down - offer guidance instead of always telling them what they should be doing after it's been done when you weren't available when they asked for assistance.
