I have been working at Oneida Healthcare Center full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice co-workers- some flexibility - depending on department

    Cons

Head Leadership has no clue about how to make a profit in healthcare- continiously makes bad business decisions, he needs to focus and hire leadership that knows something and trust them and listen to them. The place will be bankrupt and closing. It is disorganized and no accountability for anyone, people just do as they feel. Pay is the worst, you have to use pto for holidays

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get Organized, get leadership that has experience, increase pay to get experienced, skilled and knowledgeable employees at all levels, implement quality programs, stop hiring outside consultants who do not know anything and then implement changes based on stupdity.
