    Pros

    The employees of the company are some of the greatest people that you could ever meet. They are a group of people that truly care for one another and if one has a personal crisis, they always come together in order to help. These are people that put personal feelings aside in order to help one another. They work hard and sacrifice everything in order to get a job done and are always willing to help each other. These are some of the most intelligent people that you could ever meet, yet that are able to communicate on even the most simplest level.

    Cons

    This company is very disorganized and deceptive. The company mentality is that it comes before God, country and family. While it claims to me family oriented, the truth is that it will destroy families by the demands that it puts on it's employees. It has been said on numerous occasions by senior management, that monkeys could do the work that the employees do, which goes to show that attitude that they have toward the working staff. If an employee attempts to use the chain of command to express concerns, they will find themselves threatened with termination of employment. They claim to be advancing in Technology, but the truth is that they still use the same outdated systems that they have always used because senior management is too self-absorbed in maintaining their own job security. senior management is the most lazy group of people that only work they have to, yet make demands that the employees work more than they are physically or mentally able to do. While management will take vacations even though a deadline is within a week, an employee is discouraged from doing so even if they loose vacation time if not used by the end of the year. The company discourages people from using health insurance. The company implies that the employee are responsible for the increased cost of the employees premiums. They have bought into a program that discourages its employees from using the health insurance since ones deductible is $3000. This has put many at risk.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management needs to be trained to be mentors that guide employees in developing skill sets. Your management team uses fear and intimidation which is not the best way to get a quality work product. Project leaders need to have a plan to complete the project rather then make it up as they go. The company needs to stop wasting paper by printing things that are not needed in order to be cost effective. Employees need to be promoted which increases self-worth and leads to better productivity and ownership.
