-Team members were very nice and always helped each other when needed.
-Work life balance was good considering most people who work here already have established family.Cons
-Company tries to arrange a training program for new hires, however, due to the nature of the job, one can never be trained without actually working on the product. So when new hires start taking on work assignments, it is pretty much on their own.
-The mentorship program is a poorly planned How is one supposed to honestly reflect how useful the mentorship program is with the mentor present in the same room?
-There is no personal growth in this position in form of raises or bonuses, as company's overall performance is independent from a non-revenue-generating department and the nature of this job: when everything is expected, it is hard to prove oneself.
-Associates don't get paid on public holidays and don't get personal days.Advice to ManagementAdvice
