If you have bills to pay they will give you a salary to do it with

They don't really care about their consultants, hence there is high turnover. The Sales teams will constantly dump extra work on consultants who are already 100% utilized. The Managing Consultants (supervisors) don't care about their employees. There is no internal training/coaching to help people become better consultants or acquire new skills, the priority with training is to get a certification that the company can add it's list.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Build a true support staff for the Sales team, develop a training/mentoring program to help consultants get better, and most importantly care about the consultants.
