    I have been working at OpenText full-time


    There are some very talented people here, but most of the skilful hard workers are at the customer facing edge. Nice location with ease of access and parking. Free bus into town.


    Haemorrhaging talent from the bottom up. No incentives to stay, no defined career path or any offer of pay-rise due to unrealistic targets. Total disconnect from head office to local sites.
    They even produced a company satisfaction feedback questionnaire literally a week before making massive redundancies across customer support here in the UK!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Read all of these reviews and take the official company survey with a huge pinch of salt, and pay the talented minions more to keep them from going to your competitors!
