    Pros

    The company's mission is great.

    Cons

Leadership is lacking and dysfunctional. Pay is low compared to similar companies. Overall company morale is very low. There has been a ton of change in upper-management the last few years due to various reasons and there is a huge divide culturally between different locations. Also, internal communications is very poor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase internal communications and work on overall company morale. Staff need to feel appreciated to stick around. We definitely do not get the pay, so we must feel appreciated and we must be given opportunity to grow within our roles and the company.
