I have been working at Oracle full-time (More than 8 years)
Great benefits and some really wonderfully talented people
No raises, no room for promotions, ridiculous communication gaps, not enough new "blood" or "energy" circulating through management. My particular department is not able to work from home.
Advice to Management
Give raises, communicate and offer incentives to stay (e.g promotions and recognition).
