Executive management was unprofessional and very volatile. On many occasions I witnessed the co-founder/owner of the company curse out and verbally abuse his staff. The MO was "manage by fear".
There appeared to be no operating procedures in place. No on-boarding or application training available and no set business hours. Employees were expected to work any time within the 24hr day. Staff were regularly expected to pull all-nighters with no more than a couple hours between work days.
The staff themselves were pleasant and as supportive as they could be. Yet they were haggard and exhausted from the work environment.
After 13 years as an unknown in the industry, the application miraculously appeared in top-right quadrant of the MRM Garnter report. I can assure you it does NOT belong there. The technology is outdated and it's configuration is always hanging by a thread. Every customer I came into contact with was very dissatisfied.
Hopefully Infor will turn things around.Advice to ManagementAdvice
