    Pros

Great knowledgeable colleagues, Great opportunities, Great 401k match.

    Cons

Management is reactive vs proactive, prone to implement new apps and direction without solid testing or stake holder buy-in. Management cannot be trusted and will flat out lie to you. Empty promises and carrot dangling when it comes to bonus time. Low pay compared to industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Exec team: Leadership is severely lacking. Decision making is emotional and not based on the great analytics and forecasting available to management. Politics play a huge part in the culture even though management constantly states "politics will not be tolerated". The company is ran like one great big experiment with the work force viewed as rats in a giant maze of convoluted company direction from top down. Day to day, you don't know if you will see Jekyll or Hyde when interacting with the CEO or two co-presidents. My advice: Patrick should remove himself from day to day operations and the co presidents should be fired and replaced with Jonathan, the board chair.
