    I worked at Owens Corning full-time (more than 5 years)


    Money good, Strong brand, Historical good will is still somewhat in tact, sales driven company, customer centric, Very strong warranty system to protect consumers, great relations at big box retailers.


    Poor leadership lead to significant share loss, margin loss and no investment in long term strategy to out perform quickly moving competitive technologies and companies.-- financially weak. Very misguided HR strategy- promotions and advancement based on personal relationships instead of actual skill sets. CEO under performing

    Replace R&D and HR leadership and focus on building OC with better talent.
