    I worked at PA SECU full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    The compensation and benefits only. If they lose that they'll lose more good employees

    Cons

    The managers have favoritism. You can't report anything to HR, no one listens to your concerns. Only one disciplinary HR rep. For the size of the company they should have at least 3. The new building is just for show, not good for actually working in!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Tell your managers to stop micro-manage. Listen to your MSRs , they do the work. Let them start meetings. Don't make it one BIG call center. It's hard to take calls while trying to process back office work. Train the call centers to answer more questions.
