Great benefits, most employees are educated and knowledgeable and willing to work as a team.
Too much political correctness is working it's way into management meetings. Upper management is tip toeing around trying to "look" PC. Offensive because they are starting a problem where none exists. PAREXEL is falling into the trap that we look good by having meetings after meetings to tell our employees, yes we are equal opportunity employer. Yet the meetings focus on the attitude that men matter the most and only the man can solve the issues and problems. Really, focus groups made up of men to discuss and solve the issues and then tell the rest of the non-male employees they have resolved inequality!
Advice to Management
Move past the impulse to jump on the political correctness train! Just hold meetings with no regard to teams based on gender, race, ethnicity.
