    Pros

Great benefits, great pay, accomodating hours.

    Cons

Hard to train into with no prior experience. Horrible guidance from superiors and lack professionalism.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more invested in your employees. Treat all of them equally. special treatment should not be given and only help certain individuals excel over others.
