Many of the people are good, genuine people who truly care about the quality of their work. Pay is average. Benefits are average.

Will tell you what you want to hear to get you on board than conveniently "forget" what was promised. Get EVERYTHING in writing. Pay is 'ok' but nothing to brag about. Many managers/directors are clock-watchers and will bird-dog you. (Not run like a truly professional workplace.) General attitude is that you should be grateful to be working there. They will give lots of lip service to how much they value their employees. Yet their actions do not match their words. There have been numerous people start work and quit within the first week due to treatment they received or witnessed, some didn't return the next day (this was especially true for the admin's). If you have a family, stay away from this place. There are many people there that think it's a great place to work. Many of those think that because they've never held a position at any other professional firm. Management does not prepare well (or at all) for downturns. The knee-jerk reaction is to immediately lay off large numbers of staff and force those who still have a job to work twice as much, all while freezing or cutting pay. They, apparently, have no sort of contingency plans.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership training IMMEDIATELY! There are precious few management personnel with some natural leadership abilities.
