It is a good place to start out your career especially if you work on accounts with enterprise level customers. I met some great people.
Their is a lot of churn and burn. Extremely limited opportunities for advancement. It is hard to watch as account managers miss opportunities to expand service offerings to existing customers because it erodes any sense of job security.
Advice to Management
Pay attention to what your competitors are doing and shamelessly rip off their good ideas because you don't have any. Hire more aggressive sales and account management personnel to bring in new business as well as expand services with existing customers.
