    I worked at PCN

    Pros

Excellent place to work. Earning opportunity there for those that want to put in the effort. All employees are treated well and with respect.

    Cons

Company took its eye off the ball when it lost focus on the temp staffing side of the business. Heavy emphasis on direct hire made for challenging months to say the least.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As they go forward, they should reconsider the temp side of the business and grow that component. Be willing to take more risks.
