    I have been working at PDI full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Indepence and full territory responsibility as you manage your own large territory with little supervision from District manager and limited interaction with district members; usually conference calls to share best practices and review sales progress reports.

    Cons

    Focus is on sales performance; period. Emphasis is on sales growth and total NRX, TRX sales activity with achieved call frequency requirements on key targets. No interaction with contract company but rely on their sales reports so keep accurate records to compare so that bonuses are paid per results achieved.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be a mentor and a resource to sales reps.
