    I have been working at PDS Technical Services full-time for less than a year


    Pay on time and pay is ok.


    Not very quick to respond to messages and emails. I have been working for almost a yeaar now and I am still fighting to find out information on how to claim sick time (City ordinance requires they pay this). Noone seems to know what I am talking about. Also, my contract was extended twice and I was not told about it. I had to hunt them down to ask if it was ending or extending.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better communication about contract extensions would be great. Also, communications that are in compliance with city ordinance about sick/safe time would be appreciated.
