I have been working at PEP

Great company culture, awesome co-workers, and a very entrepreneurial feel for a company that is growing quickly. Rapid expansion into different markets and countries, opportunity for growth both upward and into different areas of the business and easy access to Sr. Leadership. Opportunity to gain experience and responsibility at a high level at a younger age than you would at a larger company.

A very young company in terms of employee age- it can lead to some immaturity and issues that would not arise with a more experienced group. Rapid expansion can cause some strain on employees who have been with the company longer as more is demanded of them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seek outside training and mentor ship, avoid groupthink and be open minded to suggestions from all levels.
