    Pros

5% of salary contributed to 501c; some of the support staff at PHFE headquarters are very nice

    Cons

It feels like micromanaging to the extreme - punch in/punch out timesheets for all employees including office-workers, can only take sick days after a holiday with a doctor's notes, their handbook calls unauthorized overtime "theft" and very strongly discourages worker organizing (unionizing). It really seems like they want to have complete control of their employees, and that their #1 worry is whether they might get sued for something. I think treating their employees with respect and looking out for them would be more effective in avoiding lawsuits.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the concerns from employees and senior management within your programs, and treat us like professional adults, not factory workers.
