    Pros

Great environment and great benefits. Friendly people.
For many positions, very much a 9-5 job.

    Cons

All of the back-office-type positions are what you would expect- mostly 9-5, very little room for advancement, despite what management might tell you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Manager at least two levels higher should be having conversation with employees about advancement or moving to other departments. While one would expect that current managers would listen to wants/needs of employees, they are worried about status-quo/headcount and not for what is best for employee or company.
