Pay is ok as with the health benifits costs. There's some room to move up because the place is a revolving door.

Long work hours. Work/Life balance is horrible. Bare minimum vacation time and holiday time. No formal training when you start in the Corporate office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better vacation time and holiday time. Must seperate treating the Corporate employees like the field employees. Maybe then they'll stop getting people leaving for better benefits.
