I worked at PLS Logistics Services full-time (More than a year)

You can make A LOT of money here. When I say that I mean out of the 30 person classes they hire you are lucky to get 1 person to make it. To make it here you need to have a couple characteristics that are common among the successful people and the managers there, you need to be able to lie and cheat. It was said by a manager they like to look for drug dealer traits while doing interviews. As well as some of the current employees deal drugs while in the office. I had been approached by multiple employees offering me to buy weed and other illicit drugs. Not something to be associated with especially in a "professional" setting.

I started out as an AET but they was offered a good sounding position in the National accounts department! Working with fortune 500 companies and getting big bonus checks for performing my duties! This sounded great and it was at first.... After a couple months this was all taken away and we were dropped back to the base salary. I used to be making roughly 50K at this point so that was a MASSIVE hit to my income especially when I reworked my financials and started living differently. Then the biggest problem came, having PLS on your resume is the hardest thing when employers see that because they know how the company culture is and typically don't want you to work for them.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together. Its a shame most of you lie to your employees and/or cheat on your spouses with other coworkers in the company but its not surprising because they seem to go hand in hand with each other. This place is like a frat house. Very embarrassing to say I worked there.
