I worked at PNC Financial Services Group (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced work, great combination of desk work and interaction with customers. First shift hours and minimal required weekend hours.

    Cons

At my branch, the supervisors were not very flexible at all. Made it very difficult to have this as a second job while pregnant. Very unrealistic expectations of employees. I was asked to return to work the day after being released from the hospital for the birth of my son and wasn't granted time off to attend dr appointments.

    Advice to Management

Be more wiling to allow flexibility for your employees to balance work and life. Try to be more understanding and aware of the situations of your employees
