    I worked at POAH full-time (more than an year)


    Salary is competitive for local market. My primary reason for staying was the generous salary.


    Management promotes a company culture that is contentious and overly invasive into employees' personal affairs. Management representatives are expert buck passers, and are unable to justify the inconsistent application of disciplinary action for company policy violations. Management enforces policies in a manner which rewards workers who perform poorly and/or are disruptive to operations, fails to recognize the efforts of those who consistently put forth the necessary effort, and targets employees for biased treatment. Company places focus on portfolio growth and acquisition of new properties without properly staffing to support growth, leaving existing employees with little to no support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Install some individuals who possess some basic common sense and accountability in the roles supporting property staff. Develop fair and consistent application of disciplinary action.
