    Pros

Great Benefits: Several health insurance options and time-off policies are better than most. Promotions are frequent within the company. Additional training/classes and opportunities for certifications are offered to many employees.

    Cons

The work can be boring at times. Although promotions are given, financial compensation doesn't always match the employees titles and skill-sets. Some departments experience high volume and overtime is often required.
