I worked at PRP Wine full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There are no pros that I can come up with. They try and work you like a dog for no pay. If you are looking to be exhausted and broke, consider that a pro

    Cons

They sell a flexible schedule, however the employee handbook says 10am-8pm monday - Saturday and they are serious about this. Just wait until you get your pay. They sell you on making 20% commission but you get 15% and the last 5% after 90 days due to the turnover rate. They win! They also sell a training base of $900 for one month and won't pay that if you quit but they sure will work you hard in that first month. In order to make any kind of money - you need to sell about $20000 a month in wine. Do the math! Not doable. Crazy crazy crazy company!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start being fair to your employees and you just may not have to train and retrain. Terrible management.
